• Walking meetings, handwritten journals, silent breaks: simple rituals that protect mental clarity and fuel sustainable growth .
✨ Why it matters:
Your company/venture/project can only scale as far as your nervous system—and your environment—can support.

As someone who has done and tried a lot of these detox strategies, nothing beats doing them in community. I am my best self when I am surrounded by a community of people working towards achieving the same thing.

This week, schedule a 15-minute tea break—no screens, no calls, no tabs.
Brew your favorite tea or coffee.
Find a quiet corner—inside or outside.
Set a timer for 15 minutes.
Observe: your breath, the steam, the taste.
When the timer rings, jot down one thought or insight in a notebook.
Why it matters: A short, device-free pause can reset your nervous system, spark clarity, and make your next sprint more productive. Try it today and reply with your insight!
